Returns & Refunds

Due to the biofermented nature of our products and the high cost of return shipping for agricultural goods, all sales are generally final, except where products are damaged during shipping.

If your product (e.g., Grow and Go or Leaf Guard) arrives damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

We cannot accept returns on opened liquid biofermented products (like Master Blend 3-in-1) unless they are fundamentally defective upon arrival, as their viability depends on customer handling after shipping.
