Regular pH monitoring of your liquid fertilizer is a game-changer for maximizing your harvest.
Why is pH So Important for Your Liquid Fertilizer?
Imagine your plant's roots are like tiny mouths trying to eat. If the pH of your nutrient solution is off, those mouths can't properly absorb the essential nutrients they need, even if those nutrients are present in abundance. This is often called "nutrient lockout," and it can lead to deficiencies, stunted growth, and significantly reduced yields.
For cannabis plants, the ideal pH range for nutrient solution (especially in soilless mediums or for liquid feeding in soil) is typically between 5.8 and 6.8. Slight variations within this range are good to ensure a wider spectrum of nutrient availability.

How To Use pH Management Kit
Use the pH test strips and color chart to read the pH of your water or liquid nutrient solutions. Use the pH Up and Down liquids to raise or lower the pH of your fully-diluted nutrient solutions to the desired range. When adjusting the pH, always add very small amounts (1-2 drops) incrementally.
CAUTIONS
Storage & Handling
Store pH Up and Down liquids seperately from each other, and other incompatible materials. Keep containers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of contents and/or containers in accordance with local regulations.
When handling pH Up and Down liquids, always wear personal protective equipment like chemical-resistant rubber gloves, eye protection (goggles), and appropriate safey clothing. Work in a well-ventilated area to avoid breathing in vapors.
First Aid
In case of skin contact: Immediately remove contaminated clothing and wash the affected skin with plenty of water.
If in eyes: Flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if needed.
If swallowed: Rinse the mouth with plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention immediately.
Directions For Use

Prepare Your Solution: Mix your liquid fertilizer and water as usual.

Dip the Strip: Dip one pH test strip into your fully-diluted nutrient solution for 1-2 seconds.

Compare & Read: Remove the strip and immediately compare its color to the pH color chart included in the booklet.

Adjust if Needed:
- If your pH is too high, start by adding a 1-2 drops of the "pH Down" liquid to your fully diluted nutrient solution, and mix thoroughly. Wait 15-30 minutes before retesting. Repeat until you reach your desired pH range.
- If your pH is too low, start by adding 1-2 drops of the "pH Up" liquid to your fully diluted nutrient solution, and mix thoroughly. Wait 15-30 minutes before retesting. Repeat as needed until you reach your desired pH range.
- If you over-correct the pH of your nutrient solution, you can add a drop of the opposite pH adjuster, or just start over.
